Power Blog- Week 2 Day 6

The secret to the deadlift is really about posture and pain. Put yourself in a perfect posture to pull then exert as much force as you can until it hurts so bad that the bar begins to move. Happy Friday!  

Work on picking your head and chest up while pulling the slack out of the bar also with every rep regardless of resistance pull as hard as you can.
