Bring The Ruckus: Strength & Conditioning Program
This 16 week course will test; then build your strength and work capacity. It is be designed to make you stronger, leaner, and will give you the confidence to bring the ruckus.
This program is for novice lifters that have access to a well appointed gym. You will be training 4 days a week for at least 75-90 minutes per session. Our goal as a gym and community is to develop the strongest humans possible; both physically and mentally.
It’s not just a templated one size fits all program. You will have weekly access to your coach, Mark Messer, to answer technique questions and to help guide exercise selection. Due to the time requirement on my end I’m only taking 6 clients so jump on this soon.
We emphasize and focus on nutrition to complete the system, giving you a complete coaching experience.
