Get To Know Your Kitchen again. 

Anytime I've ever entered into a time of strict training it reminds me that the most successful people in the world are those who have the ability to make sacrifices that go beyond their free time but actually effect and change their priorities. I've always loved being in the gym, so that's not a real sacrifice, but making time to get plenty of sleep and cooking all of my meals from natural ingredients has been a struggle.

My encouragement to everyone this week is to examine all aspects of your training and make sure that you are sacrificing enough in every area to accomplish your dreams. No one wants to work hard and then later on figure out their plan was never going to be successful. Honesty now will lead to victory later. 

Every week I will update my results. So here we go.
