What is Fit360 at MesserFit?  

FIT360 is designed to cater to the needs of people who want to get fit. The class is beginner-friendly, and the workouts are diverse, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels. The class includes a variety of exercises such as cardio, strength training, and stretching, and is taught by a Certified Stength & Conditioning Specialist, Kyle Temple; who will guide participants through each exercise to ensure proper form and technique.

Schedule

Moday, Wednessday & Friday at 7pm

Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm

A: The team is always ready with a smile even when your day was rough. Always encouraging. Will kindly let you know that you are NOT weaseling out of the hard parts.

A: Seeing the continuous improvements. It is certainly a marathon and not a sprint, but progress happens when you put in the sweat equity to commit. Mark provides the roadmap and I all I have to do is execute.

A: My biggest accomplishment so far is keeping up with my program and losing 5% bf

Q: WHY DID YOU JOIN MESSERFIT?

A: I wanted a gym that not only allowed myself to be coached into the best and healthiest “me” that I could be, but to be pushed past what I thought my limit was. When I saw how great a few friends were doing, and seeing how they showed up and put in the work, I decided I was going to get there just like they had.
